4) Documentation That Protects Everyone
Change orders, approvals, and milestone payments are documented clearly. This avoids surprises and prevents disputes.

Consultation & Estimating
Our consultations are thorough, and our quotes are detailed—because accuracy matters. We charge a $150 consultation & estimating fee, which is credited toward the final invoice if you move forward. This protects project planning time and ensures we work with clients who value a defined process.
