1) Discovery & Walkthrough

We start with a site visit (or virtual walkthrough) to understand your goals, evaluate existing conditions, and identify constraints like access, utilities, and timeline requirements.

2) Scope Development

We translate your vision into a defined scope of work—what’s included, what’s excluded, and what decisions we still need from you (finishes, fixtures, layouts, etc.).

3) Design + Material Selections

If materials aren’t selected yet, we help you narrow options that match your budget, durability needs, and style. For specialty items (tile, cabinetry, plumbing fixtures), we align selections with real lead times to avoid delays.

4) Estimate & Proposal

We build a detailed quote that accounts for labor, materials, sequencing, and the small “hidden” tasks that often get missed in remodeling.

5) Contract, Scheduling & Pre-Construction

Once approved, we finalize your schedule, confirm subcontractor windows, order materials (or assign purchasing to licensed trades where required), and prepare the site plan.

6) Build Phase (Demo → Install → Finish)

We move through phases in a controlled sequence—demo, rough-in, build/installation, finishes, and detail work—so trades don’t overlap unnecessarily and quality stays consistent.

7) Change Orders (Only When Needed)

If the scope changes mid-project, we document it clearly before work continues—pricing, timeline impact, and approval. This keeps expectations fair on both sides.

8) Punch List & Closeout

We complete final details, perform a walkthrough, address punch list items, and finalize closeout documentation.
